Coronet Peak ski area, near Queenstown, kicked off night skiing last weekend. It is operational from 4-9pm on Friday and Saturday nights and will continue late into the season, and is the only ski area in New Zealand to offer this unique activity. Night skiing has been on offer at Coronet Peak for over twenty years. It has grown in popularity over the years and nowadays also attracts local families and young children.
