The O’Neal Group
Miami Heat’s Shaq O’Neal has announced the formation of The O’Neal Group, a real estate company that plans to develop properties throughout the United States. The first project will be a three-tower complex – the tallest tower south of New York City – with 1,100 condominiums, a hotel, and office and entertainment space in downtown Miami. The $1 billion Metropolitan Miami is being created in partnership with MDM Development.
