No-go for Nicky O

The Nicky O Hotel project which I recently reported was experiencing problems has officially been dumped by the Chicago development group, Robert Falor Investments. The property that was to become the Nicky O Chicago will remain the Hotel Blake for the foreseeable future. The Nicky O Miami has been similarly abandoned. Seems like running hotels efficiently doesn’t come naturally to all the Hilton family afterall.
