Marriott’s Crystal Shores on Marco Island

Marriott Vacation Club International, the vacation ownership division of Marriott International, Inc.,  has announced  the development and sales start of its first resort on Marco Island, Florida. Slated for occupancy in March 2009, Marriott’s Crystal Shores on Marco Island is proposed to include 219 two- and three-bedroom villas. Initial pricing ranges from approximately $20,000 to over $100,000 per week depending on season and floor plan selected.
