This new broughtonHOTELS boutique hotel opens June 2013, with 39 rooms and one suite, with room rates starting at $199 a night.
The L.A. Hotel, DowntownThe L.A. Hotel Downtown completes its $20-million renovation and rebrands itself as a Hyatt Regency this Spring.
Ace Hotel, Downtown
The hip, artsy Ace Hotel opens a new location in Downtown on Broadway in the United Artist building, and will be remodeled to include 180 hotel rooms and a 1,600-seat entertainment venue. The Los Angeles location will open in 2013 and is the second Ace Hotel location in California.
