Photograph of the week: Fiery sunset in the Maldives

This beautiful, vibrant photograph was taken from a private beach on an island resort in the Maldives. Stunning, fiery sunsets such as these can be seen in the magical ‘golden hour’ just before darkness, and this particular shot was taken just seconds before the sun slipped below the horizon.

Beautiful! Wish I was there now…it looks so warm and inviting there and its freezing cold up here in Canada – still even though its May!
