Photograph of the week: Temple of the Three Windows, Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu in Peru is one of the most amazing archeological discoveries of all time. This picture, taken at the Temple of the Three Windows, required quick reflexes as the clouds suddenly opened up to full sun in the blink of a eye. The spectacular 4,000 metre (13,000 foot) mountains surrounding Machu Picchu only add to the beauty and wonder of the site. 1. What an incredible photograph. This destination is most definitely on my bucket list, it looks extraordinary and out of this world. I reckon the views of the mountains and sky are a magical sight.
