5 of the most family friendly destinations to consider for your next trip

The perfect family holiday requires copious amounts of planning, but before any of that can begin you and your loved ones need to decide where to travel! With so many diverse landscapes gracing the planet, it can be difficult figuring out which of them you want to explore. However, whether you’re in search of a city break or something a little different, we’ve made a list of family friendly destinations which we think will help.

Orlando is famously one of the most family friendly cities in the world, with Disney and SeaWorld finding their homes here. Your little ones will never experience a dull moment when you visit Orlando’s various landmarks, including Universal Studios, Bush Gardens and Wet ‘n Wild Orlando. If your children have always wanted to meet Disney’s celebrated characters, including Mickey, then they’re in for a treat when you visit Disney World!

South Africa

Whether you’re a trendy sort of family seeking a cosmopolitan vacation or something a little more rural, South Africa has something to offer everyone. Not only is it a country bristling with trendy cities, such as Cape Town and Johannesburg, but it is the world’s number one safari destination. South Africa is teeming with various rare and exotic animals, including the famous Big Five, consisting of the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and buffalo. If you are seeking luxury accommodation, you and your loved ones will be pleased to know that South Africa is brimming with decadent safari lodges and city resorts.

New Zealand

During recent years, New Zealand has become a popular destination for tourists. Due to its vast size, the country is filled with all manner of sights and sounds that will undoubtedly appeal to all holidaygoers. As a family, discover New Zealand’s rich history and witness some of its most beautiful landmarks, including Mount Victoria and the scenic West Coast. And of course no visit to New Zealand is complete without embarking upon the Lord of the Rings tour, which will take you to the magical land of Hobbiton!

Although somewhat of an alternative family destination, Oman is packed with things to see and do which all of the family will enjoy. Not only does Oman boast a rich and interesting history, which you can discover for yourselves in one of its fascinating museums, but its vibrant culture can be felt in every nook and cranny of the state. Oman is also synonymous with Arabian safaris, where you can witness Middle Eastern wildlife in their natural habitat from aboard a 4X4.

New York

It may seem like somewhat of an obvious choice, but there really is no place on Earth quite like New York. The whole family will surely enjoy exploring the city’s landmarks, including the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty, while the younger ones will undoubtedly treasure a visit to world famous toy stores such as FAO Schwartz. There is so much to see and do in the Big Apple that you’ll never have a dull moment.
