#1 out of 1,000+ travel blogs!
I’m pleased to report that A Luxury Travel Blog has moved up two places on the Rise #travel1k Top 1000+ Travel Blogs to occupy the number one spot. Published by Rise Market Insight, the leaderboard ranks thousands of travel bloggers by scoring them on their social media influence. It is released on Wednesdays each week.
Rise has recently changed the algorithm used for determining these rankings which has resulted in quite a lot of changes. Fortunately, the effect on our own ranking has been minor, albeit significantly positive. Instead of just using travel bloggers’ Klout score (a social media ranking system that, to be fair, has long been criticised by some), greater significance is now being given to conversations on Twitter that use the word “travel”.
