Alternatively, choose an afternoon imbibing the Chocolate Glacé, a creative twist on a chocolate ice-cream with this bourbon-based tipple, or the Amère, a refreshing fizzy concoction for a toast to the weekend.

  1. Even if chocolate and caviar sounds like a Heston Blumenthal weird concoction I’m always willing to give anything a try once.

  2. I think that’s something of a leading question. Not very many people are going to turn down the offer of a caviar and chocolate afternoon tea.

  3. A lot of culinary assumptions being challenged her. For a long time savoury + sweet was a real no-no. And heading into chocolate themed cocktails is a huge leap forward for mankind.
