The Phoenician, a 654-room destination resort in Scottsdale Arizona, tallied up their renovations over the past few years with a grand total of $20 million. Extensive renovations include its luxurious lobby, lounges, restaurants, Grand Tea Court, guest rooms, pool oasis, golf course, meeting space and public areas. Room amenities now include 32-inch flat-screen Sony televisions, upgraded Sony CD-clock radios, enlarged wall safes for lap-top computers, and upgraded bathroom fixtures and lighting – including lighted make-up mirrors, floor to ceiling Italian marble and oversized tubs.
