Sydney Opera House

Sydney Opera HouseThe Australian Tourism Export Council has added its support for the Sydney Opera House with its bid to join UNESCO’s register of World Heritage-listed structures. As one of the world’s most recognisable buildings, the Opera House contributes millions of tourism dollars to Australia‘s economy each year and is always on the ‘must see’ list of places to visit in Australia. A World Heritage listing would enhance the attractiveness of the Opera House as a destination for future generations of Australians and international visitors.
