Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani has agreed to build as many as 30 luxury hotels with Dubai’s Emaar Properties, rather than the ten originally planned. The increase is said to be due to unexpected demand from investors. The Burj Dubai Tower, expected to be completed by 2008, will be the first hotel under the agreement, and will be the world’s tallest residential and commercial building.
