Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Laguna Tower Dubai

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and IFA Hotels & Resorts have agreed to bring a 5-star branded hotel residence to Dubai, U.A.E. It will be the first independent hotel investment project in the Middle East. The Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Laguna Tower Dubai is expected to open in 2008 and will offer a total of 120 hotel rooms and 296 suites and apartments.
