Blue Rose Resort, Orlando
Construction should later this year on The Blue Rose Resort, Orlando’s tallest luxury hotel. This 39-story development will feature 1,300 rooms and condos, five restaurants, 75,000 square feet of meeting space and a 1,000-seater performing-arts theatre featuring Broadway shows. It will be at the intersection of Universal Boulevard and Carrier Drive, and is expected to cost $850 million.
