If you’ve ever aspired to owning your own private island, then I suspect you could do far worse than Thatch Cay, one of the last privately owned islands in the eastern Caribbean. This 237 acres of sun-drenched paradise will set you back $24 million. The island even comes with geckos, whilstling frogs and its own wild goats. St. Thomas, the most visited port in the Caribbean, is only a 5-minute boat ride away.
