It’s not every day that I get the opportunity to reference the blog of a billionaire but today is an exception. C. Frederick Wehba II, Vice Chairman of of Bentley-Forbes, has announced on his blog that they are forming a new company dedicated to acquiring luxury hotel and resort properties. $750 million is to be invested in four- and five-star properties in the $40- to $200-million range. The new company is trading under the name BentleyForbes Hospitality Group, LLC.
