Western & Oriental Travel floatation

A former finance director of lastminute.com who is Chairman of the UK luxury travel company known as Western & Oriental Travel (formerly World Luxury Group) has unveiled plans to float on the stock market. David Howell is seeking to raise £5.5 million through the floatation. The company has also recently acquired Ranch America, providers of ranch holidays, and purchased Lynton Cooper who organise skiing holidays and vacations in Hawaii.
