Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces and CC Africa joint venture

TigerCC Africa  is partnering with Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces to provide  luxurious lodges in the best wildlife destinations in India. A circuit of five lodges will be built in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, Pench Tiger Reserve, Corbett Tiger Reserve, Kanha Tiger Reserve and Panna Tiger Reserve. Construction of the first lodge has already begun and is expected to open in October, in time for the best tiger-viewing season.

The lodge at Bandhavgarh in central India will be called Mahua Kothi, drawing its name from the Mahua (or butter) tree. The flowers from the tree are rich in minerals and vitamins and play a central role in local festivals and rituals.
