Kansas City was a bit of a surprise for me, i recently visited it and didn’t have high hopes but changed my mind after spending some time there. There are plenty of hotels and a great transportation system to get around. Some great museums including the Nelson Atkins, the Kemper Museum and Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. There are loads of good restaurants and who knew Kansas City was famous for its barbeque – well worth a trip to one its many barbeque restaurants. Shopping wisw there is the country club plaza and outdoor mediterranean style mall.
Kansas City is worth a visit!
