Banyan Tree LijiangThe Banyan Tree Lijiang, opening next month, consists of 55 villas, and is the first luxury resort in Lijiang and the second Banyan Tree property in China. Traces of the Naxi culture can be found in the architecture of the roofs and courtyards. All villas have either a swimming pool or jet-pool, living area, bedroom, television and views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The hotel is located in Yunnan Province, 2,000 metres above sea level, and in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
