Luxury Travel Magazine has announced the world’s hottest new luxury hotels for 2006. Among the award-winning new hotels in the U.S. are the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco and The Setai in Miami. New Caribbean hotels include Le Sereno on St. Bart’s, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, and the Fairmont Mayakoba on the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Exciting new developments in Europe include many historic buildings being transformed into the newest luxury hotels. These hotels include Imaret in Kavala Greece, Convento Do Espinheiro in Evora Portugal, Bairro Alto Hotel in Lisbon, Palacio del Retiro in Madrid, among several more.
