World Cup 2006 – Group C: Ivory Coast team hotel

Didier DrogbaKlostermannshof Hotel, Niederkassel, is no stranger to hosting national and international football teams and will this June host Didier Drogba (pictured)  and the rest of the  Ivory Coast national side for the 2006 Fifa World Cup in Germany. This 4-star hotel is a listed building with 66 bedrooms, 2 restaurants and an 18-hole golf course on its doorstep.   There’s also a beer garden which I assume will be strictly out-of-bounds! The above is one of a series of blog entries highlighting the luxury hotels that will be home to the national teams participating in the 2006 Fifa World Cup. If you have actually stumbled upon this page because you are looking for accommodation for the World Cup, try A Germany Hotel which lists hotels throughout the country, caters for a variety of budgets, and offers online booking.
