You’d think that all five star hotels would be adept at handling their email enquiries. It would seem not, however. On 19th May, I emailed a five star hotel from one of the big luxury brands. (I’ll spare their blushes by not naming them!) By the 23rd May I hadn’t had a reply, so I re-sent my email with a note attached at the top, pointing out that I was waiting for a reply. I had forgotten all about the enquiry until just now (1st June) when they finally replied. It’s taken them TWO WEEKS to get back to me!!
