Anns Hill in Bridekirk on the edge of the English Lake District

A new luxury self-catering establishment has opened near Cockermouth in Cumbria. The 18th Century Anns Hill is situated just outside the Lake District National Park, away from some of the touristy parts of the county, and has just been given a five-star classification from Visit Britain. One of the highlights of the newly renovated property is a brightly-coloured, 20-foot bathroom complete with double-ended slipper bath and a 17-inch aqua-vision digital TV.
