Avoid the Ibiza party scene and head inland to San José and you’ll discover Los Jardines de Palerm, a small hotel that overlooks the Bay of San Antonio that is owned by the fashion photographer Christophe Brihet. This 17th Century finca has two pools and beautiful gardens. Suites start from €265 out of season, to €336 in August.
