Ivy Hotel, San Diego

The $75 million Ivy Hotel, a new luxury urban resort in San Diego, is due to open later this year. In an annoucement released by Kelly Capital, the hotel will open in the Autumn, be managed by MTL Luxury Lodging and will be a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts collection. The 159-room luxury hotel will have 16 suites, two Presidential suites and one 2-level signature suite with a spiral staircase leading to a private poolside cabana.
