Guam Palace Hotel will undergo renovations and be re-flagged as Sheraton Laguna Guam as of April 2007 in an agreement struck between Premier Hotels & Resorts Guam and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. The hotel will be the first international resort to be located on the sunset strip of the island. Included in the changes will be a new wedding chapel, fitness center, spa and an extensive lagoon.
