Beetham TowerJumeirah – the government-owned  operator behind the infamous Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai – is to manage a third hotel in London. The hotel will be part of a £600m, 180-metre high, glass  tower (Beetham Tower)  on the south bank of the River Thames, at Southwark.
