Westin is heading for Avon, CO

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa and The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas are to come to Avon, Colorado in 2008, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc has announced. The former will be a 235-room full service hotel and resort facility and is already under construction, slated to start operations for the 2008 ski season. This will be followed by the opening of the first phase of the 113-unit Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas, a vacation ownership resort being developed by Starwood Vacation Ownership.
