Mövenpick Treasure Resort Sentosa
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is taking another major step in its expansion into Asia. In mid-2006 the Swiss hotel group took over a holiday resort on Phuket/Thailand; now it has just signed a management agreement with Maxz Universal Development Group for a new development on Sentosa Island, Singapore. The resort is scheduled to open at the end of 2008. The Mövenpick Treasure Resort Sentosa is located on a gentle slope next to the Merlion landmark, and it will offer 186 spacious rooms and suites.
