Mina Al Fajer Resort, UAE

A new mountain-sea front community is heading to the Hajar Mountains of Fujairah in the UAE. The $163 million Mina Al Fajer Resort will include a 200 room five-star hotel managed by the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. The resort will also boast a marina, 48 mountain villas, 13 solarium villas, and 80 marina apartments. Building starts this month and is expected to finish before the end of 2009.
