Six cheeses to savour at the Park Hyatt Washington

If you’re a lover of cheese, then head for the Park Hyatt Washington. They have just unveiled a seasonal artisanal cheese menu which is available in the hotel’s lounge each night from 5.30pm to 11pm. Six different handcrafted cheeses, including Bandaged Wrapped Cheddar (winner of the 2007 Wyke Farms Trophy and the 2007 World Cheese Award for Best Nature Cheddar in the World) are available at $4 per ounce. The other five cheeses are the Thomasville Thomme, Piedmont, Constant Bliss, Humboldt Fog and Bayley Hazen Blue. Wine pairing recommendations will be available from Park Hyatt Washington’s cheese expert, Paula Pereira.
