New restaurant at The Tides South Beach in Miami
One of Miami’s hottest luxury hotels – The Tides South Beach – has a new Mediterranean restaurant. La Marea Restaurant features the cuisine of Executive Chef Pietro Rota, formerly of the cosy Italian Il Sole restaurant in West Hollywood. The restaurant’s menu gives particular attention to local produce and seafood.
