2007 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study

Guest Satisfaction Index StudyThe results of J.D. Power & Associates’  North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study were released last month.   Among the luxury segment, a  1,000 point scale saw Ritz-Carlton at the top with a score of 854, JW Marriott in second place with a score of 831 and last year’s winner, Four Seasons, in third place with 821.
