  1. It would be nice to make a booking and then unexpectedly be told that it’s free. More money to spend on other things!

I also like getting free upgrades. We were treated to one at the lebua at State Tower, Bangkok. I’ve been telling everyone ever since that it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

  2. i was recently lucky enough to get an upgrade at the intercontinental boston, was very pleasantly surpised and thoroughly enjoyed the experience – beautiful hotel with fab facilities.

hope this prize makes someone’s day!

  3. Yeah! I agree, an upgrade would be terrific. I’m currently in a suite in Bangkok. The suite is fine although an upgrade would be nice. The main problem is that I’m freezing. I wish they would upgrade their air conditioning system so we could turn the darned thing off.

I can hardly wait to get outside to defrost.
