interesting film although no guests anywhere to be seen even if it is just for show. hotel is in a great location perfect for shopping and eating out in chelsea. Can thoroughly recommend Tom’s Kitchen in Cale Street for brunch at the weekend watch out for the roasts or the brunch specialties.

Stunning, always lovely to see behind the scenes of a Hotel. I had a behind the scenes tour around The Dorchester in London just over a year ago and it was a very interesting experience.

When I was looking for a work placement as a trainee chef I got to visit the kitchens of the Savoy in London. Erk. It was like visiting a dungeon – and they still had a lot of equipment dating back from Escoffier’s time.

It was very interesting from a historical perspective but it sure as heck wasn’t what you might describe as a pleasant working environment.

Whoever is polishing that floor is working very hard!!

That video really made me giggle. The powerful music and then the man skipping down the stairs and a cheesy little grin when he got to the bottom and then the man turning on the lamp.
