The world's most expensive apartments

The world’s most expensive apartments have gone on the market in one of London’s most desirable areas.  There are 86 luxury apartments at One Hyde Park, ranging in price from $10m for a one bedroom apartment to a whopping $223m for a penthouse.

  1. $10 Million for a 1,000 sq feet unit. Seems a bit excessive, no? I’m curious to see the amenities spaces. I’m also curious to know how much the homeowners dues per month are. (one can only imagine?!)

  2. Hmmm. Nice shots but apparently totally wrong on the journalism side. The Daily Mail reports the whole thing a total financial disaster with effectively no apartments sold at all. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1349655/One-Hyde-Park-worlds-hyped-luxury-flats-2-sold-84-go.html
I thought you guys were better than this.

Thanks for the link, Michael. Not quite sure what you mean by “I thought you guys were better than this.” Better than what exactly? I’ve re-read the post and don’t see any inaccuracies. We hadn’t claimed any had been sold, or that there had been huge interest… we’d simply reported that they were for sale.
