1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 21 or over, excluding employees of Affair Travel and their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

3. Dates: The competition will run from Friday 1st February to Thursday 7th February 2013.
4. Winner selection: Affair Travel will choose a winner at random from the entrants who comply with the entry rules.

6. Holiday conditions:
i. The prize winner must be at least 21 years of age.
ii. Prize is strictly subject to availability and must be booked at least 12 weeks before holiday date and taken in either April, May, June, September or October 2013. Some excursions may be seasonal.
iii. No cash alternative. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Once booked it is non-changeable.
iv. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
v. All holidays are subject to Affair Travel standard terms and conditions as made available on the Affair Travel website, or printed on the Affair Travel Itinerary. Affair Travel reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of this offer at their absolute discretion.
vi. Once booked villas cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible.

For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the villa destination or country, appropriate travel insurance, any gratuities, meals, fuel or ground transportation, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and their guest(s).
