The world’s biggest Lego model has been unveiled in New York’s Times Square. Made with more than 5 million Lego bricks (beating the previous biggest model by 2 million), the life-size replica of the LEGO® Star Wars™ X-Wing starfighter celebrates the upcoming premiere of The Yoda Chronicles on Cartoon Network.
The model weighs over 20 kilos and took 32 master builders over 17,000 hours to complete before being shipped from the Czech Republic to New York in 5 separate containers.
Get yourself along to Times Square if you want to see it, or head for LEGOLAND® California Resort in the Summer where it will reside for the remainder of the year.
