Come out on 21st June 2014 to enjoy one of the most fabulous dining experiences in Park City. Savor the Summit returns again this year as the area’s biggest outdoor dinner party. Not only is Savor the Summit the biggest dinner party, it is also the longest — but not in terms of time. Guests will be seated at a dining table running down the center of Main Street. While you don’t have to purchase a ticket for the event, you will need to make reservations directly with the restaurant of your choice. Each participating restaurant offers a special menu, pricing and bar service. Some restaurants will even offer a special wine pairing menu, so you can pair your favorite dish with wines specially chosen to accentuate the flavors.

Bistro 412

Choice of Starter — Merquez Cassoulet, Scallop and Lobster Terrine, or Potted Vegetables

Main Dish Choices – Cold-Smoked Antelope Chop, Broiled Striped Bass, or Semolina and Gruyere Quenelles

Finish off a delicious meal with dessert consisting of Espresso fudge wedge and pistachio ice cream.

$110 / per person or $150 /per person for food and wine pairing.

Cisero’s

Amuse Bouche – Fresh, warm Potato Chips with Sriracha ranch dipping sauce

Starter Choices — Caesar Salad or Tuscan White Bean and Spinach Zuppa

Entrée Choices — Double Cut Port Chop, Cioppino, or Leg of Lamb
