Having brunch on holiday always feels so decadent. Sitting done for brunch at a time when I’ve normally been at my desk for well over 2 hours feels very luxurious.
A friend of mine who is a very real world nutritionist has some sensible advice for eating on holiday. She recommends trying to get a good variety of colours into your diet so that eating healthily doesn’t become too stressful whilst you’re meant to be away relaxing. From what I can see in these pictures having a healthy Barcelona brunch shouldn’t be too much of a challenge.
I enjoy Spanish food but it would be nice to have a break at Eat My Trip, trying some other cuisines.
