The hottest new menu in Dubai

Al Khoory Atrium Hotel in Al Barsha is re-launching one of its most popular eateries, the Spices Restaurant, with a brand-new curated menu dedicated to authentic Indian dishes. The restaurant will offer a range of dishes to whet the appetite, from famous Indian delicacies, including sweet and savoury street snacks, to aromatic curries and dum biryanis to create a true sense of India.

The new menu will highlight the regional diversity of cuisine from India, with dishes including Murgh Malai Tikka, Awadhi Murgh Biriyani, Bharwa Khumb, and delectable chaat such as Dahi Batata Puri from the North, and a range of spicy main courses centred around rice or rice-based dishes representative of the South. All dishes are made from traditional recipes.

The menu will also cater to vegetarian and gluten-free guests and provide a selection of traditional drinks such as lassi, chaas and chai combined with modern classics such as mojitos, shakes and healthy beverages.

In addition to the new menu, the restaurant interiors will be vibrantly decorated to create a traditional Indian atmosphere, utilising warm and bright colours to capture India’s true essence.

  1. I’ve enjoyed so many nice meals in Dubai. Good to know that Dubai food’s quality goes from strength to strength.

  2. I like it that you can go multi-cultural and cross borders. To me a mojito seems a great drink option with some hot and spicy Indian favourites.

  3. I hope the food really is hot and spicy. Far too many restaurants play safe and the menu all becomes bland. Let’s hope they are daring and add some real heat and taste.
