Neige apple ice wineIf you’re looking for a dessert wine with a difference, then try Neige, an apple ice wine from Quebec.  Its fresh apple flavour and vanilla finish have earned it a number of awards, including a Gold Medal award from Cellars of the World, 92 points from Wine & Spirits, and a Gold Medal from Coupe des Nations de Québec. 15 lbs of apples goes into the making of just one bottle, which retails for around $25.
