Sofitel Earth Day organic menus

SofitelInspired by Earth Day, Sofitel is extending a special organic menu in each of  its North American properties throughout the month of April.  The Accor hotels brand is donating 10%  of the proceeds from the select food  and beverage offerings to the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, Second Harvest. Enjoy anything from ‘Seared wild salmon, organic cauliflower mousseline, white truffle oil with a pinot noir sauce’ at Sofitel Chicago Water Tower, to ‘Organic roasted turkey club with avocado, vine-ripened tomatoes and smoked bacon’ at Sofitel Los Angeles.
