West End Resort, Ltd. has taken title to 78 acres of land adjacent to the existing 150 acre project, including the balance of the Settlement Point land and all of the north shore beachfront land where the old Jack Tar hotel was located. Future expansion of Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour in West End is projected to inject $281 million into the Bahamas economy and over $83 million in tax revenue over the next 20 years.
