Washington DC's most expensive hotel

Just months after the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown snagged its coveted fifth Mobil star, the hotel known for hosting many a celebrity, is for sale at nearly $170 million. That’s the highest price tag ever for a Washington DC hotel and equates to approximately $800,000 per room. The hotel is currently owned by New York financier William Louis-Dreyfus’ Louis Dreyfus Property Group.
