Nikon D200 camera

Nikon D200The Nikon D200 is Nikon’s latest DSLR. It has a compact design, robust build quality  and 10.2MP CCD sensor. It also has a beautiful 2.5-inch LCD with approximately 230,000-pixel resolution and superwide viewing angle; it  can support CF type I and II cards, and Microdrives. Photographers interested in this camera should also take a look at Canon’s slightly more expensive 12.8MP EOS 5D.

  1. Nice camera but still not full frame. If i would buy a camera in this segment i would go for a camera that is full frame (36×24 just like a normal film SLR) So i guess if you want that then the Canon would be the better choice.

  2. I’ve always liked Canon, although Nikon was more usually the choice of the pros in the days of film photography. Now we’ve all gone digital, I think Canon often leads the field. There’s a bit of leap-frogging, though.

    I just love Canon! I started out with a Canon and when I wanted to buy a new digital camera it had to be a Canon. Such brand loyalty! And not because of any old lenses I had – I’ve had to buy new ones for the new camera.
