The Cascades Seafood Restaurant Spring is in the air, the flowers are starting to bloom and the weather in Nashville is just beautiful this time of year. March means one important thing in the seafood industry; halibut season opens and there will be tons of beautiful fresh caught wild halibut available by the end of the month. Therefore the Cascades feature promotion for April will be “Just for the Halibut!” where they will feature fresh-caught wild halibut flown in daily. So, if you are a halibut lover, get yourself along!
