The Occidental Grand Aruba re-opens on Palm Beach tomorrow after a $42 million renovation, reducing the total number of guest rooms slightly from 402 to 391. Stay at The Royal Club, an exclusive 50-room boutique-style hotel within the resort, with its own private a la carte restaurant and lounge.
